So, what if people can’t hear you?

I found this you tube video today, and I must say it really speaks loudly to me on communication.  I realize on almost a daily basis how lacking we are in communication.  How many times do we (churches) say things, but those around us or our community can’t hear what we are saying?  How more concerning is – what if they can’t hear us, not because of what we are saying, but how we are saying it?
